Regional Manager
Ash oversees VHCC’s operations across Western Victoria, ensuring participants receive consistent, high-quality support tailored to their individual needs and NDIS goals. His leadership focuses on building strong community connections and expanding service reach.
Service Officer
Kara is dedicated to ensuring VHCC participants in Western Victoria receive responsive, compassionate support. She coordinates service delivery, liaises with families and care teams, and works to continuously improve participant experiences.
Financial Operations & Accounts Manager
Gaurav manages VHCC’s financial operations and accounts, ensuring the organisation’s financial health supports its mission to deliver quality care. His expertise in financial management enables VHCC to reinvest in services and expand its reach.
Senior Support Coordinator
Chloe is a Senior Support Coordinator with over five years of experience in the NDIS sector. She specialises in supporting people with mental health conditions, psychosocial and physical disabilities, complex family situations, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.
Currently studying a Diploma of Counselling and trained in Mental Health First Aid, Chloe takes a strengths-based, person-centred approach that is compassionate, respectful, and focused on achieving positive outcomes. She works closely with participants, families, and service providers across Australia, helping people navigate the NDIS, build independence, strengthen their support networks, and achieve their goals with confidence.
Service Manager
Belinda manages service delivery across NSW, working closely with participants, families, and care teams to ensure every individual receives personalised, high-quality support. She is passionate about empowering participants to achieve their NDIS goals.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Paul drives VHCC’s digital presence and marketing strategy, helping to connect participants, families, and referrers with the services they need. His work ensures VHCC’s mission reaches the communities that need it most across Australia.
Service Manager
With extensive experience across government, disability, education, youth, and community services sectors, this team member brings a strong understanding of funding systems, service delivery, advocacy, and community support. They have worked with individuals and communities from diverse backgrounds, helping people access services, build connections, and achieve positive outcomes.
Their experience includes disability advocacy, one-to-one support, residential care, day programs, therapy services, and Support Coordination. They are passionate about empowering people with disability and have contributed to broader systemic reform initiatives aimed at improving opportunities and inclusion for all. Previous organisations include Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS), Melbourne Polytechnic, and the Victorian Law Reform Commission.
Qualifications include a Certificate IV in Community Services Work and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
With lived experience of mental health and experience as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach since 2023, this team member is passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey. They are committed to building strong, trusting relationships through empathy, active listening, and genuine understanding, creating a supportive environment where participants feel valued and heard.
Taking a person-centred approach, they recognise that every individual’s recovery journey is unique. By tailoring support to each participant’s goals and needs, they help build confidence, develop skills, strengthen independence, and enhance overall wellbeing. Their focus is on empowering participants to recognise their strengths, realise their potential, and achieve meaningful outcomes that support a fulfilling life.
