Hi, I’m Lakhmir, the CEO of VHCC. My personal journey with dyslexia and a stammer has shaped who I am today. It taught me resilience, determination, empathy, and the importance of supporting people to build confidence and reach their full potential.
I began my journey in the NDIS sector in 2021 and quickly recognised the need for services that focus on genuine capacity building, participant choice, independence, and meaningful outcomes. In August 2023, I became the CEO of VHCC. Leading VHCC is one of my greatest passions. I am proud to lead an organisation where participants feel empowered and staff feel valued for the difference they make every day.
Before joining VHCC, I led organisations in the education and accounting sectors, including an RTO and an accounting firm. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting. At VHCC, my focus is to create a culture of compassion, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement - supporting participants, valuing staff, and strengthening communities.
