Our Approach
Our approach to personal care is built on respect, consistency, and genuine partnership with each participant — ensuring every interaction supports their wellbeing, independence, and goals.
Every support is delivered with an unwavering commitment to participant dignity and respect — ensuring individuals feel valued, heard, and in control of their personal care.
We work closely with each participant to develop tailored care plans that reflect their individual preferences, routines, and goals — nothing is one-size-fits-all.
We prioritise consistent staffing so participants build trusted relationships with their support workers, ensuring comfortable and effective personal care delivery.
With a team of 300+ multicultural support workers, we match participants with workers who understand their cultural background, language, and personal preferences.
Where appropriate, we support participants to develop and maintain their own capacity for personal care activities, promoting long-term independence.
All personal care is delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, with appropriately trained and screened support workers.
