Hunter Region & Lake Macquarie, NSW
VHCC offers a range of Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) homes across the Hunter Region and Lake Macquarie area in NSW.
Our homes provide participants with the opportunity to build independence, develop everyday living skills, and receive structured, person-centred supports aligned to their individual NDIS goals.
About SIL
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS-funded support that provides assistance with daily tasks in a shared or individual living environment. SIL is designed to support participants to live as independently as possible while receiving the care they need.
VHCC’s SIL homes are staffed by trained support workers who assist participants with everyday living tasks — including personal care, meal preparation, household management, medication prompts, and community access — while building capacity and independence over time.
