Now serving as Service Manager at VHCC, Belinda combines that hands-on experience with a passion for supporting both clients and staff. Her focus is on creating balance, ensuring clients feel empowered and cared for, while making sure the team feels supported, valued, and inspired in their work.

For Belinda, her work goes beyond managing services. It is about leading with compassion.

Meet Karl VHCC Participant

Karl, a dedicated participant at VHCC, regularly takes part in hydrotherapy sessions at Neuro Alliance, supported by his committed support worker, Belinda. His ongoing participation in these sessions has been instrumental in improving his mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

With Belinda by his side, Karl engages fully in each session, benefiting from the warm water’s therapeutic effects and the expert guidance of therapists. Hydrotherapy provides a low-impact environment that helps him move more freely while building strength and coordination.

Belinda plays a crucial role in supporting Karl throughout his sessions, offering encouragement and ensuring he gets the most out of his experience.

Beyond the physical benefits, Karl truly enjoys his time at Neuro Alliance. The supportive atmosphere, combined with Belinda’s dedication, makes every session a positive and rewarding experience.

His commitment to hydrotherapy is inspiring, and at VHCC, we are proud to see him thrive with Belinda’s unwavering support.
