We walk alongside people with disability to build independence, access community, and live with dignity — in their home, their community, their way.
What We Do
A comprehensive range of NDIS-funded supports — from everyday assistance to specialist clinical care — all delivered with a genuine person-centred approach.
Support to engage in social, recreational, educational, and employment activities — including transport to get there safely.
Dedicated recovery coaches work alongside participants with psychosocial disability, building capacity and supporting their NDIS goals with lived-experience insight.
Practical support with cooking, cleaning, laundry, medication prompting, and household tasks that keep life running smoothly and independently.
Access occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology, and dietetics — including hydrotherapy at our Maitland pool.
Specialist support for participants transitioning from hospital or institutions — coordinating housing, services, and plans before and after discharge.
Trained support workers deliver personal care including complex wound management, PEG feeding, ventilator support, and other high intensity daily activities.
24/7 or rostered support in shared and individual accommodation — promoting autonomy in a safe, supportive home environment. Vacancies available now.
Registered and enrolled nurses providing clinical care in the home — wound care, catheter management, medication administration, and health monitoring.
Planned and emergency respite stays giving participants a change of scenery and carers a well-earned break — in NDIS-registered accommodation.
Expert coordinators resolve complex barriers, navigate crisis situations, and ensure your NDIS plan is fully implemented and working for your goals.
Our Story
VHCC was founded on the belief that people with disability deserve support that sees them as whole, capable people — not cases. From Maitland NSW, Box Hill VIC, and Ballarat VIC, we deliver NDIS-funded services with the consistency, warmth, and clinical expertise participants deserve.
Where We Work
Three service hubs delivering NDIS support across NSW and Victoria, with local teams embedded in the communities they serve.
Getting Started
Getting NDIS support through VHCC is straightforward. We guide you through every step so there are no surprises.
A support coordinator, family member, or the participant can contact us directly or submit a referral online. Takes two minutes.
We arrange a no-obligation conversation to understand the participant’s NDIS plan, goals, and the supports needed to make it work.
We co-design a support plan with the participant — matching the right workers, schedules, and services to their individual goals.
Your dedicated team is introduced and services commence. We review progress regularly and adjust as goals evolve.
Support coordinators, allied health practitioners, and family members can refer a participant to VHCC. We respond to all referrals within one business day and can begin onboarding within the week.
