His contribution reflects the values we strive to uphold across VHCC: delivering high-quality, person-centred support while creating opportunities for people to achieve greater independence, confidence and choice.
A New Leadership Role for Ashley
In recognition of Ashley’s achievements, leadership capabilities and ongoing contribution to VHCC, we are also pleased to announce his promotion to State Manager – Victoria.
In his new role, Ashley will play an important part in supporting VHCC’s continued development across Victoria, working with our teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and helping ensure the people we support remain at the centre of everything we do.
The promotion represents an exciting next chapter for Ashley and reflects VHCC’s commitment to recognising talent, developing our people and creating opportunities for team members to grow within the organisation.
