Our Regional Leadership
VHCC Ballarat, Victoria, is led by our Victorian State Manager Ashley, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in various social and community support roles.
His career began with high-risk youth in residential care and evolved through advocacy, project management for the LGBTIQA+ community, housing support, justice system work, and disability services. Over the past five years, he has held both management and support coordination roles in the disability sector.
Ashley is passionate about helping individuals achieve beyond their expectations and promoting innovative thinking.
