From clinical care to operations — there’s a role for you at VHCC across our growing network in NSW and Victoria.

Support Workers

Our front-line support workers are the heart of VHCC. You’ll assist participants with daily living, community access, personal care, and building independence. Casual, part-time, and full-time positions available.

What We Look For

Certificate III or IV in Disability (preferred)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's licence
Compassionate, respectful attitude

Clinical & Allied Health

We’re looking for registered nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals to join our growing clinical team.

What We Look For

Relevant tertiary qualification
Current AHPRA registration
NDIS experience advantageous
Commitment to person-centred care

SIL & Housing Staff

Support workers and team leaders for our Supported Independent Living homes across NSW and Victoria. Rostered shifts providing 24/7 support in a home-based environment.

What We Look For

Experience in residential disability support
Certificate III or IV in Disability
Current First Aid
NDIS Worker Screening Check

Operations & Administration

We’re growing and need talented people in rostering, finance, service coordination, HR, marketing, and management to help VHCC continue to expand our services nationally.
