The warm-water environment allows for low-impact movement, making it easier to build strength, improve mobility, and support recovery while reducing stress on joints and muscles.
Participants are welcome to attend with their own therapist, exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, or support team, making VHCC a convenient and supportive space for hydrotherapy-based activities.
Therapeutic warm water maintained at 33–34°C to support muscle relaxation, joint mobility, and comfortable movement during sessions.

Any NDIS participant who would benefit from aquatic therapy, rehabilitation, or warm-water exercise — whether attending with a support worker or allied health professional.
Allied health professionals bringing their NDIS clients to utilise the pool for clinical aquatic physiotherapy and exercise physiology sessions.
All allied health providers supporting NDIS participants — including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other clinicians requiring pool access.
VHCC and external support workers assisting participants during their hydrotherapy sessions, ensuring safe and comfortable access to the water.
