Amy-Lee has experience across disability support, rostering and coordination, and also works directly with participants as a Support Worker. She enjoys building genuine relationships and believes that support should be individualised, respectful, and centred on each person's goals.
Outside of work, Amy-Lee spent most of her childhood in elite gymnastics and has a love for travelling. She enjoys keeping busy and trying new things.
Amy-Lee also has a strong interest in mental health and psychology, which has shaped her passion for understanding and supporting each person as an individual.
