I have experience working in and with governments, the disability sector, youth work, the education sector, and the broader Health and Community Services sectors. I understand governments, funding, and supports and services. I have experience in supporting and linking people and communities, and in supporting a broad range of people and communities with diverse needs and backgrounds.
I am passionate about supporting and developing people and communities, and I’m excited to be part of the VHCC team where I can contribute and make a meaningful difference. Qualifications include:
Throughout my career I have collaborated and supported people with disabilities, including in disability advocacy, 1:1 supports, residential care, day programs, therapy services, and support coordination. I also understand some of the bigger issues that people with disabilities face, and I have worked in systemic reform to promote positive development opportunities for all individuals. Some of the services I have worked in and with include Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS), Melbourne Polytechnic, and the Victorian Law Reform Commission.
