Our NDIS Access Support Process

1. Initial Consultation (Meet and Greet)

We meet with you to discuss your eligibility, the process, and gather all necessary supporting documentation (medical letters, reports, assessments, etc.).

2. Document Preparation

We review all documentation and complete the NDIS Access Request and Supporting Evidence forms. These are sent for your review and signed electronically by your treating professionals.

3. Coordination with Providers

We manage the end-to-end process of sending, tracking, and receiving signed documentation from your healthcare providers.

4. Final Review & Submission

We double-check everything for accuracy before lodging your completed application with the NDIA.

5. LAC Meeting Preparation

We help you prepare for your meeting with the Local Area Coordinator, including what to bring and what to expect.
