That’s why VHCC proudly offers a dedicated after-hours on-call service — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our after-hours support ensures that NDIS participants, families, and carers can reach us whenever they need help, guidance, or simply someone to talk to. Whether you’re facing a crisis, need clarification about your NDIS plan, or require urgent coordination of services, our skilled and compassionate team is always ready to respond.

We are more than just a service provider — we’re a dependable support system. Our after-hours service covers a range of needs, including:
