As a registered NDIS provider, VHCC is dedicated to realising that bold vision through the
provision of person-centred supports built from the needs, goals and interests of NDIS participants living with ongoing life challenges. Our Senior Management have more than 30 years combined experience in the Disability and Support Co-Ordination sectors. They have been with the NDIS since its inception, and lead,
manage and educate their culturally diverse team to provide exceptional seamless care and service. Our Industry Partnership with Australian International Academy provide us with access to qualified team of care workers across Victoria. Our care workers are from diverse cultural backgrounds with bilingual skills and can speak over 20 languages. We build community relationships to improve understanding of the specialized supported employment needs of the people with disabilities.
