Hi, I’m Belinda – Service Manager at VHCC

I’ve been working in the disability support industry for over 2 years, and I began my journey as a Support Worker. That time in the field gave me a real understanding of the challenges, rewards, and importance of providing genuine care. It also shaped the way I lead today.

Now, in my role as Service Manager at VHCC, I’m able to combine that hands-on experience with my passion for supporting both clients and staff. I focus on creating balance — making sure our clients feel empowered and cared for, while also ensuring our team feels supported, valued, and inspired in their work.

For me, it’s about more than managing services — it’s about leading with compassion, building trust, and helping people achieve their goals every single day.
