Western Victoria Overview

VHCC Western Victoria is led by Regional Manager Ashley, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in various social and community support roles. His career began with high-risk youth in residential care and evolved through advocacy, project management for the LGBTIQA+ community, housing support, justice system work, and disability services. Over the past five years, he has held both management and support coordination roles in the disability sector. Ashley is passionate about helping individuals achieve beyond their expectations and promoting innovative thinking.

Western Victoria Team Structure:
The Western Victoria team includes a Regional Manager, Service Officer, experienced Support Workers, Team Leaders, and an Admin Officer. The team specializes in high-intensity mental and physical disability support.
