Hi I’m Ash the State Manager for Victoria.
I have been in the industry for almost 20 years now, starting my career working with High risk kids in residential care.
I then had jobs working within Advocacy roles, project management within the LGBTIQA+ community, people experiencing housing issues, and with some of Ballarat’s most vulnerable people.
I then went into the Justice system for quite sometime, before moving into the disability field, where I have been for the past 5 years.
In this time I have worked with some amazing people ion both a management role but also as a support coordinator for a short time. My Passion is seeing when people achieve things they never thought possible and thinking outside the box with people
