The focus is on promoting independence, dignity, and achieving NDIS goals through person- centred care. NSW team consists of group of Case managers, team leaders, experienced and qualified support workers, support coordinators and specialist support coordinators

- Support Coordination: Level 2 and 3 support to help participants navigate and access services.
