VHCC NSW is led by State Manager Kym. VHCC delivers specialized support for individuals with complex physical and mental disabilities. The focus is on promoting independence, dignity, and achieving NDIS goals through person- centred care. NSW team consists of group of Case managers, team leaders, experienced and qualified support workers, support coordinators and specialist support coordinators

- 24 hour on call Service: On-call assistance for emergencies outside business hours.

- Housing Options: SIL, ILO, STA, and MTA for varying levels of independence and support.
- Support Coordination: Level 2 and 3 support to help participants navigate and access services.
