Meet Abi - Case Manager

I began my disability support work while still in school, and it quickly became a passion leading to 4 years experiance as a support worker. As a Case Manager, I have the privilege of advocating for my participants and supporting them in achieving their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the difference I can make in their lives.
